DD1500-serien basselementer er basert på 35/95-serien og spiller bass med kraft og myndighet i systemer som er designet med kontinuerlig 300-500 Watt RMS/ pr element. 1500-serien starter med et kraftig motordesign ved hjelp av en 50mm tykk magnetseksjon, tykke stålplatermed 12mm dype magnetgap. 1500 Series
The 1500 Series start with a powerful motor design using a 50mm thick magnet section, fully machined steel plates with 12mm deep, highly focused magnet gap. The high energy motor drives the lightest, high strength moving parts optimized for low distortion even at extreme output demands, bringing bass with power and authority to systems designed with continuous 300-500 Watt RMS/per driver power levels.
The suspension in a subwoofer takes real abuse, so the 1500 Series uses track proven spider and surround materials from the 35/9500 Series. The best coil wire, glues and assembly methods are used in construction symbolizing DD's dedication to long term performance and value.

The 1500s, especially the 1508/1510, are perfect for systems that can't use larger diameter drivers. Multiple driver configurations will rival or exceed the performance from larger diameter designs.
